  • When you purchase iski from the Apple App Store, the application will automatically download to your iPhone or iPod Touch.
  • The first time the application is used, iSki will determine your location. A pop-up box will appear reading,
    iSki would like to user your current location. Select ok.
  • Favorites details your favorite resorts. To add to this list select edit, then add. Select the region and then resort you wish to add. When you have finished the list, select done.
  • A list of resorts in your area may be found in the Region Summary View, accessed by clicking region at the bottom of the screen. The summary report on this page details resort names, base snow in inches, new snow in the last 24 hours, and a weather icon indicating clear, partly cloudy, mostly cloudy, cloudy, rain, fog, snow, or thunderstorms.   • Select the weather icon to access a detailed weather report for a resort. The report lists the resort logo which links to the resort site, Snow depth, trails open, lifts open, temperature, and weather conditions, and a five day forecast. View webcam photos of the resort by selecting the camera icon.
  • The dollar sign icon at the bottom of the page links to Cash Stasher, a page detailing deals and bargains for the resort.
  • The mountain icon at the bottom of the page will pull up a trail map for the resort where available.
  • The far right icon on the bottom of the screen (the target) links to the sidekick search map, a GPS device to help you find your way around the slopes. The sidekick Search will automatically find your location, and provide a photographic visual of your surrounding area. The sidekick may also track up to 5 of your friends. To add friends to the GPS list, select preferences and Sidekick List. Select the plus sign and select the names from your list of contacts. A name must be on your contacts to be added to the Sidekick List.
  • The Pace Tracer is found under the More selection. Pace Tracer marks your average speed, maximum speed, elevation, distance, latitude and longitude. Reset the Pace Tracer before every run, or keep it averaging all day.
  • The Sidekick map will track you and any friends who have the app running.
  • The Powder Aider lists resorts that have new powder select the sort by option at the top of the screen: Name, Base Snow, New Snow, or Distance to organize the list.
